Back in Barilo

Heeeeeeeey erybody, what up.

This week was pretty great! So I'll get into it. Now that I think about it, there wasn't that much that happened, but it was good. The main thing was that on Wednesday the zone leaders called me in the morning, and said that President just called them and said that we were going to have a conference in Bariloche with him and the new senior couple of the mission the next day. Sooooooo, we went to Bariloche al toque, and had a really good conference. The new missionary couple is going to be in Travelin, a tiny town outside of Esquel, the zone furthest south o the mission up in la cordillera. They're the US, and this is their third mission! It was really cool to see them and know that we'll have them here helping us, it's gonna be great.

Our investigator Kayla is progressing veeeeery well! We had a lesson with her on Friday, and she told us that she read and prayed, and felt good, and knew that this gospel is the truth! It was amazing! Unfortunately, she was sick on Sunday and didn't make it to church, but she already told us she's coming next week! And we're going to teach her tonight so everything should work out great there.

Another funny thing that happened. During weekly planning, we called everyone in our phone under investigator to try to find more people to teach, and this guy Damian called us back and said we could visit him the next day. He lives in the other Elders' area, but we couldn' get ahold of him, so we went and taught him. And he was like a crazy hippie/mountain man/slight pharisee. Haha it was crazy. We met him, and he said let's go to my house, and proceeded to lead us up to the top of a mountain in about 5 minutes flat. He's just like running up this hill while we're dying saying "this week tires you, but it's good for the heart" with his big thick hippie beard. Then we started teaching him, and he went of or 30 minutes about the 613 commandments that are found in the Tora, and how 327 of them can't be followed because it's only allowed in the temple and there aren't temples, and then talked about buddhism, toaism, islam, and some other Inidan religion. He was a bit crazy and I don't think we're going back to him, but yeah, that was fun.

I love you all and hope you're all doing well!!
